How to build up your XT Cabinet
If your cabinet powers on but you do not hear any sound, the monitor volume may be set too low. Please follow these steps:
If a new software update becomes available while the machine is already powered on, the cabinet will need to be rebooted in order for the update to install properly.
At the moment, the system does not automatically notify when a new update is available.
This will be improved in a future software update.
To check which software version or patch your cabinet is currently running:
Here are the steps. To update your monitor,
1. Reboot your machine until the update appears.
2. Once the machine update finishes, go to the bottom of the menu and highlight the “Test” option and press Start
3. The Test menu wil appear. Highlight “Display” and press the Jab Button to update the firmware.
4. Once the update finishes, you will see a pop up message that says “Monitor firmware updated successfully”. Your monitor now has the latest firmware.
If you encounter an error message and cannot update the monitor,
1. Reboot your machine.
2. When the game select screen appears, go to the back of the machine, unscrew the back cover, and locate the 5 small buttons under the left side of the monitor.
3. The left most button is the monitor power button. Press it once to turn off the machine and press it again to turn back on the machine.
4. Reboot the machine by going to the Shutdown Icon, press the Jab Button to go to the “Really restart cabinet “ screen and press Start to restart the cabinet.
5. Once the Game Menu appears, you should now hear sound when you scroll through the list of games.
6. Then follow the above steps to update the Monitor firmware.
After changing your display name (alias), your cabinet needs to refresh your account information before the new alias is displayed.

Our support team will forward the information to our development team for investigation and, where necessary, a fix will be included in a future software update.

External controller compatibility may vary depending on the controller model and cabinet configuration. If you experience any issues using an external controller with Street Fighter II, please contact our support team and provide the controller model so we can assist you.
Yes. Your cabinet has a second micro HDMI port that allows you to connect an external monitor for spectators. The external monitor will mirror the gameplay shown on your arcade cabinet’s display.
Important: The external monitor must be connected before you power on the cabinet for it to work properly.
If your machine is stuck on the Raspberry Pi screen and does not continue to the launcher, this may indicate an issue with the SD card. Please contact the Iconic Arcade support team for assistance. We can provide troubleshooting guidance or, if necessary, a replacement SD card.
XT cabinets include 15 built-in games and come with 5 additional bonus titles.

Display rotation issues with Forgotten Worlds have been reported following recent software updates. This is a known issue and has been forwarded to our development team.
Status: We are currently investigating the issue and expect to resolve it in an upcoming software update.
Street Fighter Alpha 2 may currently revert to its default settings, such as the Fast timer and 1-round win, instead of saving your changes. This is a known issue and has been reported to our development team.
Workaround: Please adjust your preferred settings each time you start the game.
Status: We are working to resolve this issue in a future software update. We apologize for the inconvenience.
This issue has been resolved in the latest software update. If Giga Wing 2 still does not load, please make sure your cabinet is running the latest software version.
