• My arcade cabinet has no sound, even though all cables are connected correctly. What should I do?

  If your cabinet powers on but you do not hear any sound, the monitor volume may be set too low. Please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the 5 small buttons on the bottom-left side of the monitor.
  2. Use the 2nd button from the right (“Down”) to open the volume menu.
  3. Use the 3rd button from the right (“Up”) to increase the volume level.
  4. Raise the volume to approximately 80.
  5. Reboot the system.

  After restarting, check if the sound is working properly.
  
  
  
  
  

• How do software updates work, and how can I check which version my cabinet is running?

  If a new software update becomes available while the machine is already powered on, the cabinet will need to be rebooted in order for the update to install properly.

  At the moment, the system does not automatically notify when a new update is available.
  This will be improved in a future software update.

  To check which software version or patch your cabinet is currently running:

  1. Reboot the system.
  2. During startup, look at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. The current software version / patch number will be displayed there.

• How do I remove dust between the screen and plexiglass cover plate?

  • Take off the control panel
  • You can get behind the bezel and softly wipe the dust with a soft clean cloth
  • Do not use cleaning products. They can damage your screen

• How many games are included?

  XT cabinets include 15 built-in games and come with 5 additional bonus titles.

• Can I play online against opponents?

  In the upcoming updates, online gameplay will be available.
