Over-the-Air (OTA) Firmware update will be released end of July.

This update will be downloaded through your internet connection, either wired or wireless, and installed automatically. Sit back, relax, and get your quarters ready for the next round!

This update will include:

• Monitor firmware update
• Multiple small game improvements and tweaks
• A fully renewed launcher
• Attract mode
• Online Multiplayer Version 1

We have developed a firmware patch that addresses the issues reported in the limited number of cases where they occur.

The patch has successfully passed validation testing, and based on the results, we are preparing to make it available to affected users next week.

Users who have submitted a ticket about this issue will be contacted over the course of next week to arrange for the patch to be installed on their monitor.

We want to share a new update regarding the display and sound issue reported by some XT cabinet customers.

Over the past period, our software team has been testing a new update that is designed to address this behavior. We are pleased to share that this update has now been running for approximately 10 days without the issue returning.

This is a very positive result and gives us confidence that we are on the right track.

At the same time, we want to make sure the rollout itself is as reliable, simple and safe as possible for customers. Our current focus is therefore on preparing the update process in a way that is straightforward and easy to apply.

We understand that affected customers want a solution as quickly as possible, and we are treating this with high priority.

We currently expect to share the next update during the course of next week, including more information about the rollout.

We sincerely apologize to customers who have been affected by this issue. We know how frustrating it is to receive your cabinet and not be able to enjoy it as intended. Thank you for your patience, your support tickets, your videos and your feedback. They have helped us narrow this down and validate the solution.

We would like to share important information regarding the screen setup used in selected XT cabinets.

This information is relevant for customers who have submitted a support request or have been advised to review this information.

Over the past few weeks, our engineering team has been testing a software patch that appears to resolve some screen issues successfully.

We are continuing final testing for the next three days to confirm stability across different hardware configurations.
We are also working with the Raspberry Pi Foundation on the preferred solution: delivering the screen patch automatically to affected users through an over-the-air update. This would be the easiest and most convenient solution for customers.

We understand how frustrating this situation can be for those affected. Please know that we are here to support you and we will make sure your issue is resolved, one way or another. Our priority is to provide the simplest possible solution for the user.

The Cabinets Are On The Way

Hi everyone! We want to keep you fully informed about the delivery status of the Iconic Arcade XT cabinets.

The following containers have been affected:

The vessel has departed 7 days later than originally communicated and will now arrive April 6th in the US. This delay is the result of a container rollover — something that unfortunately happens in global shipping from time to time, especially during the peak season leading up to Chinese New Year. During this period, ports and vessels operate at maximum capacity, and containers may be moved to the next available ship.

Good news:

A second container is confirmed and already on the way — meaning more units are heading to the United States.

We know waiting is never fun, and we truly appreciate your patience and support. We promise — it will be worth the wait.
